Should
you experience problems or difficulties in the use of the password
page, we invite you to read the following explanations concerning
the most frequent problems:

If
the white windows where to type the password does not appear,
this is probably caused by the browser (e.g.:Internet Explorer)
that it is not allowed to use the so called "java applets".
Usually this happens on clients connected to a corporate
server through a local area network. Please ask to your System
Administrator how to resolve the problem. Often large
organization disable the option to receive java applets for
security reasons. In this case, please click on the
button at the bottom of this page: we will find a way to help
you.

If
after introducing the password
nothing happens, probably you did not
click on the button "send". In fact, using
the "enter" key of your keyboard does not input the
typed password. The
"send" button must be used after typing the
password.

Should
you receive an error message after the introduction of the
password, probably you did not use the latest valid password
or you misstyped it (wrong sequence of letters or including
blanks between letters). Please check again.
